The best selling jazz instrumentalist in music today, this crossover jazz trumpeter has shared the stage and screen with big names including Sting, Paul Simon, Josh Groban, and Steven Tyler.
Over the past three decades, Botti [pronounced boat-tee] has recorded and performed with the best in music including Frank Sinatra, Sting, Josh Groban, Michael Buble, Paul Simon, Joni Mitchell, John Mayer, Andrea Bocelli, Joshua Bell, and Aerosmith's own Steven Tyler. Several of his collaborative partners were featured on the 2009 PBS special that aired in conjunction with his latest release, Chris Botti in Boston.
Botti started playing professionally at the age of 10. Three jazz albums of his made the Billboard Top 40 list: When I Fall in Love (2004), To Love Again: The Duets (2005), and his most recent release, the live album Chris Botti in Boston (2009).
Katharine McPhee first graced the pop music scene as runner-up on Season Five of American Idol. McPhee released her sophomore album, Unbroken, in 2010.
