The Ticket Services Department is responsible for processing Associates and Donor mail orders, season box seats, and all internal ticketing requests. It is also responsible for handling in-person ticket sales and providing information about Wolf Trap to the general public.
Job Description

Assist with the processing and distribution of internal ticket requests
- Assist with counting cash and credit card receipts
- Update seasonal staff on new performance and policy information as needed
- Generate various sales reports
- Assist with managing ticket inventory for the Wolf Trap Opera Company
- Assist with ticket sales and/or will call on performance nights as needed
- Assist with general maintenance of the office
- Other duties as needed
Requirements
- Strong computer skills (Knowledge of Microsoft Office)
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiasm and initiative
