The Planning and Initiatives Department works within the Office of the President, which oversees all of the planning and operations of the Wolf Trap Foundation. The intern assists in coordinating activities of staff and outside partners on projects such as planning, government relations, long-term commissions, special productions, new series, cooperative projects with other arts organizations, and community partnerships.

Job Description

•  Prepare for staff planning sessions, meetings with arts and community partners, and Board meetings
•  Conduct research on new projects and commissions
•  Invite government and community leaders to special events
•  Assist at cultivation events, such as the Wolf Trap Gala
•  Maintain project records
•  Work closely with the Assistant in the Office of the President
